Q: How safe is your products? 

 

All our items are imported from the original countries. For colored contacts/ circle lenses/ skin care products, they are all certified by the Korea local authorities and international authorities.

 

 

Q: Is circle lenses/ colored contacts safe to wear?

 

If this is your 1st time wearing circle lenses/ colored contacts, please refer Things to Know When Wearing Circle Lens.

 

 

Q: What if i received defective product?

Q: What is Billing Details?

 

It's the address that this order shall be billed to. It should be the same with the address you registered in PayPal (if you are using PayPal)

We shipped with DHL Express & FedEx only. Please read Shipping Information for expected delivery time frame.

 

 

Q: How fast do you ship my order?

 

We will normally ship your order within 2 - 3 working days (exclude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday in Malaysia, same as below), Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Malaysia's Public Holiday, see our Latest News.

 

 

Q: How much is the shipping cost?

Q: When will you give me tracking number?

 

Tracking number will be sent by DHL/FedEx after the package was shipped, please check junk/spam folder if you do not get it in Inbox.

Q: What if my package is lost?

 

It is very unlikely happened to express shipping. If this happen unfortuately, please write to us immediately so that we can re-send to you and claim from the shipper.

  1. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions, weather conditions, volume of mail traffic and etc.
  2. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the Responsibility of the Recipient.
  3. For any broken during the delivery process, we will resend to you again once we receive the picture from you. Accident might happen sometime, however, we will ensure items are packaged with full protection.
  4. We usually declare packages in low value, such as $50 and below. If you want us to declare in specific value, feel free to contact us for discussion
