Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

(A) Return & Exchange for Colored Contacts

 

  1. For lenses with no obvious defect, you can troubleshoot follow articles in Trouble Shooting with Colored Contacts.
  2. For lenses with obvious defect, please STOP wearing the lenses and follow below steps.
  3. For damage packaging during delivery, please send us the photo directly.
  4. We will not entertain if there is no pictures provided.

 

Steps

  1. Take a clear picture of the defective lens on a white paper. 
  2. Circle the defective part.
  3. Email us the pictures (email: ask@boxaboza.com) , order number & relevant details. We will revert to you within 1-2 working days.
  4. We will send new lens to you.

 

 

- For any Wrong Delivery item you received, please email us within 7 days from the date of  parcel was RECEIVED. 

- Replacement with other same value item or Refund only can be done if the same item is out of stock.

- We allow exchange for any wrong prescription ordered by customer. Customer has to bear the returned shipping cost and shipping cost shall be paid again.

- Return requests should be emailed to us within 7 days from the date of  parcel was RECEIVED (You will receive a notification after we shipped the parcel). We do not accept return if the lenses were opened..

 

 

(B) Return & Exchange for other items

 

For any return request motivated by a damage issue or wrong delivery, client would be instructed to send pictures of the spotted defects to us, as to allow us to validate the fact product is indeed defective. After we receive your email, we will investigate and revert to you within 1-2 working days. If return is confirmed, we will guide you on the process.

 

 


 

 

Cancellation Policy


Once order has been placed with us,  For any cancellation, please refer below:

 

1. For cancellation BEFORE order is processed (you will receive notification from us), we will process with FULL refund minus $0.30 charged by Paypal.

2. For cancellation AFTER order is processed (you will receive notification from us), we will charge a 10% restocking fee on the item's amount*.

3. For cancellation after package has been sent. Refund is allowed after we received the returned package and we will charge a 10% restocking fee on the item's amount*.
