Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email, please contact ask@boxaboza.com to get the tracking number for your order. Click the below shipping method selected by you:

 

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

1.  All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions, weather conditions, volume of mail traffic and etc.

 

2.  All transit times given are in accordance with the international standard concluded by the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union.

 

3.  International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the Responsibility of the Recipient.

 

4.  For any lost of packages during the delivery process, we wil resend to you again if it's confirmed.

 

5.  For any broken during the delivery process, we will resend to you again once we receive the picture from you. Accident might happen sometime, however, we will ensure items are packaged with full protection.

 

6. We usually declare packages in low value, such as $50 and below. If you want us to declare in specific value, feel free to contact us for discussion.
